After they removed denuvo my pc sounds way better than it did when it did have it. So on ultra maybe. on medium, most likely not. For my my pc actually runs quitely with it now after the removal of denuvo.

I have a ryzen 9 and a 3050 and the game runs pretty well. I can't confidently say the game is poorly optimized since I'm not an expert, but with a 3080ti you should be fine.
