yup. they just show up in the town.
From the way i saw zoi's in a surf shop a few days back walking around like drunks. It's very possible the homeless zoi's are poorly looked after through the autonomy on this game.
I guess many of the Zois are just commuters and live in Zoi suburbia.
Can we control homeless zois? I have only been able to control zois that have residences.
That's why I was only talking about zois with residences, because I haven't found any way to use homeless zois or those that appear in the family menu but are not installed.
I think I've seen what you're talking about too, but because I think the game itself gives some random negative condition to some of the zois that are spawned in the venues, except for the walkers, which I have always seen fine.
Yes, I have thought that too. Sometimes I've seen the totals change. I think it's because the game takes out homeless zois and puts them in as needed but doesn't keep them in the game so as not to overload performance.
