Aging question
With the new option to stop aging does that stop everything from aging, infants, child etc. Or does it just stop it at the adult stage? And can it be toggled on and off while playing? Haven't had a chance to try the game yet due to work and laptop being a bit weak for it. (desktop seems to load it fine RX6600XT.

All, whatever you are playing will no longer age. I see there will be problem with babies and toddlers, but the yelling crowd wanted this.
You can turn it on and off as required.

Just remember that your main Zoi will age too, when your baby does.

Yes I know, why wouldn't it be that way, aging is either on or off.
Hopefully this will be another expanded feature.

It seems strange that some people are trying to put down the ones asking for this feature when TS4 has long had a more customizable aging feature even without mods. Including the ability to progress age manually by player agency. So I don't see why some are purposely being obtuse and expecting everything to be a yes/no argument.

I don't mind the main Zoi aging just wanted to know mostly how it works and if it can be toggled. Being able to pause it for a while at each stage is acceptable for me all considering. That and seems we can extend the duration of days as well, which is okay for now. Just gives more time to actually play the game instead of trying to constantly rush anything and everything which is what was annoying with sims 2, until aging mods were implemented.

Been using the mod that treats 16 days as a year and another that treats seasons as 4 days each and actually enjoyed that. But at least I know now that the aging can be toggled as needed and can just focus on just watching how things devolve or evolve casually.
Which is good enough for me right now.

Yeah all I'm interested with the current features is if things are toggle able and how it works. And I'm fine with it right now, just would like more customisation. At least with Sims 2 it eventually had mods for it so you could have some control. But aging options in games like this should always have a customizable options. Also noticed days can be also extended which is actually an interesting thing also. But yeah they need to expand on this and it should of been part of the settings on release, don't know who thought making the game a race to achieve things, fun.

Simple switch is so raw solution. Why there is no settings of how much game days each life cycle stage has. I don't want my character to be immortal dracula, just to have some more time to have fun with it and move on...
