Heck... i think the Karma System was put in place to stop us from doing Havoc in the city. i swear, if you can activate it, it changes the game if you are creative with the prompts. scary to think what will happen when Wicked whims or Violence mods arrives with Smart Zoi. 100% Chaos Juice.
