Blueclient Error Shoot

Hi. I need HELP! i tried everything, but my inzoi doesnt shoot... EVERYTHING! i run the game, but apears one blue screen what its says something about blueclient. If i accept makes the same, but puts "Blueclient Blueclient" instead. Every time what ill click in accept, adds a "Blueclient at the blue screen, but doesnt start the game. Help please

Пишу на русском, так как мне лень. Была такая же проблема и мне помогло вот что:
Почему то эта ошибка вылазит из за того что я открываю игру от "имени администратора", так же стоит убрать галочку в свойствах .exe(ярлык самой игры) (по пути C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\inZOI) в совместимости 'запуск этой программы от имени администратора'

No, its not that. Its inside Steam when the blue window appears, ill up a screenshot if i can

I also have the same issue and cannot open the game. It keep pop up choosing blue client or cancel.
