Wall effects folder

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knows under what file the wall effects are located on my computer.

You know when you edit a wall there are options to make it into glass looking or play a short video.

I want to know where those files are located so i can add in new ones since there is no option for this in game like the other stuff does.

Hope anyone knows where those effects files are :)
