Building a second floor is such a pain in the ass if you want some rooms to be smaller. I was planning to build and do a roof for the porch and another room that doesn't match up but if you want to build the gable roof of half gable roof it's hard to match them up and to make it right the roof will end up inside the room as well. It would be nice to be able to make the roof normally and have the parts that go into the room cut off. (This was very hard to explain so I hope this makes sense)

I'm not really a fan of the 1x1 wall blocks, the sims had one thing right about the build mode is that everything aligns correctly because the wall size, even the Inzoi developers you can tell were having trouble with this freedom setup on the walls, stairwells that don't match up along walls leaving some floor on display and other bits not aligning.

i don't know if there is a way to change the way you can build walls so they line up perfectly against kitchen counters and all the other objects of the same dimensions.
