What's the maximum lot size in the game?

I've been working on a house since the demo came out and it's S3 size without any front or back yard, but it looks like the only vacant lots in the game are S2 size. (I'm playing in Dowon.)

I really want to use and share this lot. I don't think it's too big at all, it's just a comfortable size home for a family of 3 to 4. It would be a shame if we're restricted to even smaller lot sizes.

There were no guidelines about lot sizes in the demo, so I was just building a house that I think is a nice starter home for a family. I don't want to be negative, but it's upsetting if I can't even use a build I've put so many hours into, and which isn't even a large house. I've seen videos of people building much larger houses, so is it all just for waste?

If we're restricted to S2 lot sizes, then don't even show other lot sizes in the build mode. Just show us our tiny little footprint to play with and we'll make it work. But don't let us think we can build a nice little house with a porch, and totally forget about having a yard.

Sorry, I'm just really disappointed by the S2 lot size.
