Nope, I am still figuring out on how to get zois to work at the food trucks i planted on the streets. Wondering if its only for decoration purposes.

I got a meal from a food trunk in the park at dewon. But this one was already in the map and I didn't place it. I noticed a lot of the food trucks and stands only open up and specific times of the day.

For ones you place I don't know. I didn't spend much time with the building aspect of the game yet.

I think the same. It's the same with the market stalls you put up. They are always closed.
