What are you on about? I own the game and I'm not paying any subscription fees for anything?

Well... if you dont own a Computer that is able to run it, why did you buy it...?
Then just play something else. I mean I get it, it sucks, but it's not any companies fault that people aren't able to keep up with the latest technology.
You knew this in advance, didn't you? They have shared this so many times, so clearly. People want the best graphics and the best games, you also need a decent PC for that, inzoi is certainly not the only one
subscriptions?
In case you didn't know, most (if not all) games are required to provide minimum and recommended system requirements. You should check these system requirements against your own hardware before making a purchase on new games.

Also, If you've been unable to to play this, you should be eligible for a refund.

Hope this helps.
How outdated are your computers for none of them t be able to run this? Refund based on hardware not up to snuff. Steam is pretty nice about players not understanding how computers work.
This game isn't for everyone, unlike sims that can run on any computer. This game goes above & beyond for a reason with it's specs. The devs aren't catering to everyone unlike EA does.

{looks around} Nope, not a subscription model in sight here...

As for the hardware required to run this game, it can't be that expensive to upgrade your current system to something that will do so in a reasonably playable state... in fact, it's running quite nicely (at 30+FPS on medium-custom 1080p (dyna-res) settings - with raytracing enabled* - in a fullscreen window as I type this) on my measly old customised R5-1600AF/1660-Super, so your system must really be ancient.

* Yes, the 1660-S has (very minimal, but sometimes actually functional) raytracing support... at the very least, it isn't crashing with a 'this cannot be done on this GPU' error (or for that matter any other error, fingers crossed :lunar2019deadpanpig:).
i am playing on ultra, rtx 2060
just disable the tracing and done.

Heh, I might try that out of curiosity later; bar DoF/MB (off, because I hate them) only 5 of the slider settings are on 'low' on my rig, with everything else at least 'medium' if not 'high' (and RT on 'ultra' because I was trying to figure out why mirrors don't reflect as I expect them to - I think it might be an engine/GPU-combo limitation, looks like it's just using SSR).
