Textures are ugly/low res?
Except for the faces of Zois, it just seems like the texture of everything (especially clothing with words) is terrible despite being on 'Ultra'. Every game I prefer to have textures at max then lower everything else, but it just currently feels like the game/devs prioritized everything except for textures.

Are they bad looking for everyone else?

take a look at youtube videos/ screenshots and compare to your own
Me its the reflective glassy texture.. I will try to rollback my nvidia drivers since before showers would appear normal and shiny. Now they have no glass effect, it looks bad even with ultra reflective and ultra textures on.

I have everything on Ultra and it looks pretty rough and choppy. I actually play with the Cartoon Filter on because I think it looks nicer in smoothing things out.
Same. It gets quite blurry at a short distance. Plus the render distance is very low so things just keep popping in and out (I think this is on purpose for right now) And the ghosting is horrific, nothing I do fixes it. It’s like motion blur x5!

ghosting is caused by TAA/TSR, off or FXAA is "fine" though the hair looks horrible.
Ghosting can also be caused by FSR/DLSS even if you don't see it in the menu. If there is nothing for you to turn off, you will have to hunt down the .ini file. Finally fixed my own ghosting.

How did you end up fixing yours?

For me, the file had two things. One was FSR3FI. You want it to be False rather than True to prevent ghosts. There's also an on/off for FSR and various qualities:

FSR3Value=0 (1 2 3 or 4 for various qualities)
FSR3FI=False (True 'doubles' your frames but causes ghosting)

They likely use two models: a high-poly version for character creation and a low-poly version during normal gameplay to improve performance.
it is ture there like 540p textures apl the effects they use just make it look less.bad.. but then you need like 32gn vram anyway. no dev will using snything more then 720p textures normally. unless it has a 4k texture pack then you know its 4k

if you play on anything like a 85 inch tv its noticeable. i mean imagine having a 5090 and playing it like a 12 inch monitor at 60hz. i mean. wow

Do you guys noticed any problem with shadows? Specially Global Illumination Quality. When i put it on High or Ultra, the ambient's shadow and also the zoi's shadow gets so ugly and blurry. Do you guys have any idea? All the time when imove the camera, the ambient light change dramatically. When i put on medium, it looks good. A good part of the options are Ultra, High and Medium. I can't understand.

All I can say is is that the graphics seem to just randomly get set to values each time I play, and Ultra and Low can sometimes almost look the same.
