MY saved Zois are not showing up in my presets

Ive saved zois and started fresh today for the new longer life patch and they only thing that transferred over as a preset is the outfit. i dont see any onther preset for the character. i spent so much time on the face and its so sad that all that time went down the drain. That happened to me a few times. What the problem is, is your probably not saving it correctly. Most of the things I thought were broken, I am finding out that they are not broken. They just go about doing that thing in a weird way.

When your done with your Zoi, you have to hit the button on the bottom right. It says complete or something like that. Another way is also to save it to their version of the cloud. Or, I should say upload it there.

Either way, just make a test Zoi and experiment around how to save it before you spend hours making your dream Zoi.

My zoi is showing up on my canvas tho. But when i go to download it from there, it doesnt show up in my presets to use. ive completed her like 3 days ago
