Disabling autonomy doesn't work

my zois keeps wanting to go somewhere even if I keep canceling it, it keeps coming back again and again

I can only "reproduce" this behavior when putting the speed setting up to 8x. On 5x or lower, the autonomy-thing can be switched off, above 5x it can't.

also i don't understand the "autonomy"

when you ask them something to do, sometimes they do it instantly. They quit any task they were doing. and sometimes they really want to finish what they wanted to do. I don't know how and why.

Yea I always switch it off OR fill their queue up so they don't have own ideas xD

If it's a scheduled event, make sure you actually click "Cancel" on the EVENT itself and not the action. I think the scheduled events will always force Zois to go to that location. You can find your Zoi's schedule on (M) if you haven't already.

I have switched it off yet my zoi keep doing her own things even though I am giving her orders...

it's not only that. If I dare letting my zoi unoccupied for more than 2 seconds she will just go do some random things I didn't order her to..

Wow odd... when ever I switch the "autonomy"-selector OFF, my zoi stands there and does absolutely nothing! As soon as I switch autonomy on, they begin doing random stuff or try lowering their needs. If this behavior stays like this, you could file a bugreport for the developer. Wouldn't solve it instantly but so the devs know there is an issue.
