How did inZOI summon the wrong gaming community?

It seems like somehow inZOI drew in the attention of people who don't typically play Life Sims or know what to expect out of them. They're also being loud and aggressive over things that don't actually involve them if they don't want to be involved.

Coming from the regular Sims community and usual life simmers, inZOI's surface presenting community is NOT it. These are not the cozy, wholesome life simmers that you usually find surrounding the Sims, Paralives, (old) inZOI, etc.

What is happening in this discussion forum? LOL

Also, consider that Sims was quite niche and very boring in terms of innovation. InZOI are trying to set a new stage for life sims. This will bring in a lot of new players, because that's what innovation does.

That's because the Sims is mainly aimed at teenage girls and young women who love to play house. The modders already know Inzoi is going to become much more. The apocalyptic setting wasn't put in by accident 😉
