There are kind of "life sims" with multiplayer which even have adult content, like Second Life.
That makes no sense, in multiplayer people would still be forced to follow the same rules of the base game. Multiplayer would not mean that you have a completely different set of game rules only that you can share the same space with other players.
To be honest if people wants to do what you described they will do it with mods like they did with Sims 4 so again.. this point does not hold water.
That people have to follow rules does not mean they do. There would be people trying to do weird stuff.
Mods on single player do not influence others, you play your game, while others play theirs.
Stop ruining great games by forcing MP ♥♥♥♥ onto them (Dead Space 1-2 were great because they were SP only. Dead Space 3 was MP and it killed the franchise). Thanks.
