I've seen a couple ppl say the game won't allow mods that change gameplay like the Wicked mod on Sims. I can't remember the technical reasoning why since I'm not educated in modding and scripts or whatever, I've even seen someone make a post that even getting rid of the blur / towel when they're showering won't even be able to be modded.

It's much harder than Sims, but possible. Why shouldn't it be possible to swap out the body mesh and texture? to remove the towel or underwear.
There is already a mod that changes the skin texture, he tried to keep it original but make the texture higher resolution.

Whether such an animation system like Wickedwhims is possible remains to be seen.

yes the Game and the Supported steam mods are "Pure" as you say.
to avoid problems with South Korean laws or with Steam.
all other sources where players get mods from. They have no influence.

This is literally just a game, like The Sims, which has adult mods, and no one's forcing you to use them. People mod games in private, and if that bothers you so much, maybe the internet isn't the place for you. Nexus Mods lets you filter out adult content, so you don't have to see it if you don't want to. And I'm pretty sure they limit how much adult content they allow anyway, which is one thing I really like about Nexus Mods. Also I deeply agree on your opinion on staying in the G rating area, meanwhile social media posts are just third party users, block them, ignore them, krafton has offical site for sharing sfw creastions.
