inZOI
A built-in pose editor
The game is missing a built-in pose editor. While there is an AI tool that generates custom poses from your images, the results are typically off unless you start with something as neutral as a T-pose—and even then, it often ends up twisting the hands in an odd way that spoils the shot.

A native pose editor with movable bones would be a far more efficient solution. Instead of struggling with finding the right reference photo, importing it, and then waiting around half a minute for largely random (and mostly unsatisfactory) outputs, users could tweak poses directly. As someone experienced with AI image generation, I can attest that most current software routinely struggles with accurately rendering hands.

Moreover, the in-game photo mode should ideally allow for editing the poses of multiple characters at once, with the flexibility to position them both horizontally and vertically—for instance, placing them on furniture, street objects, or even trees. The editing tools should cover limbs, fingers, and facial features. While preset expressions exist, overusing them tends to make our narratives look like a repetitive lineup of the same faces.

PS: It would be ideal if we could incorporate 3D objects for our Zois to interact with while posing—whether they’re custom-made or readily available. This additional feature would open up even more creative possibilities within the game.

+1, I thought this too. For a game that prioritises screenshots as much as it does, something like this needs to be considered.
