dealing with tons of stutters & frame drops, please HELP!

my PC specs:

motherboard: MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus AMD AM4;

cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE;

memory: Kingston Fury Beast 32GB 3200MHZ (2 x 16GB);

SSD: 1 TB Kingston;

GPU: RTX 4060 TI 8GB;

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D;

PSU: MSI MAG A850GL, 850W, 80 Plus Gold.

can someone please help me? on high and ultra the game stutters constantly - i move the camera around and it stutters, i walk around the beach and it's a nightmare, etc. wtf is happening? i know inZOI is CPU heavy so maybe it has something to do with my CPU? should i upgrade it? i need some advice.

If you are using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX series GPU, please check the following:


　- RTX 50 Series → Driver version 572.83 (latest)

　- RTX 40 Series → Driver version 566.36 (released December 2024)

 　※ Using driver versions 572.xx or later may result in occasional frame drops or stuttering

　- RTX 30 Series or earlier → Latest driver recommended

 　※ If issues persist, we recommend installing version 566.36


You can download drivers from the official NVIDIA Driver Download page.

yeah i saw and tried doing that earlier, but the stutters were still there! that's why i'm now worried there might be something wrong with my CPU.
