clicking other characters not working?

As stated, I seem to be having issues to click on other characters in the world, making it almost impossible to socialize with the other characters. Anyone having this issue too? I already googled it and tried the advice given on there, but nothing seems to be working so far.

I saw a tip online somewhere else. Turn off "Occlusion method" in graphic settings. It fixed it for me. Unfortunately it impacts the graphics but at least I can click on zois.

Someone also said reducing the resolution fixed it for them.

I am bumping this up, the issue seems to get worse with every update, I need a better fix.

Do you have the graphics set to ultra? I found that setting them to low fixes the issue (and this is without changing the "Occlusion method"
