Are the graphics actually worth the performance?
What I mean is, even at Ultra, the game doesn't look like it should require as much hardware as it does. Basically have to cap it at 30 FPS, yet it doesn't FEEL ultra quality. It must just be a heavy CPU game in that case.

it looks more cool with stable 100fps tho. graphics will be better, because they removed some things and features until they optimize them
Define graphics and performance. It works fine with a 7700x and 4070 at DLSS 4 at quality mode and ultra settings(custom) with TSR.
I’m having serious problems with ghosting. I’ve tried adjusting all my settings and it won’t go away.

Same. Except for the lighting, very low and Ultra hardly look different for me. And I've got only a 1 year old computer with 12 vram, 128 memory, and 5900 12 core cpu. Not a super computer, but it shouldn't have to work so hard if a game were optimized.

I’m running on a 4070 and it just looks muddy sometimes. I turned off TAA for TSR and I still have bad ghosting. I’m not sure what to do. I’m in the process of getting a new processor and motherboard but I don’t know if that would really help.
for graphic wise im at the lowest but i get a constant 60 fps with no lag or stuttering or issues and im rocking a AMD 5 3500 with a GTX 1650 and 40 gbs of ram and the game to me looks great

Apparently, the game is stuck at 66% resolution scale for me. It's as if FSR is turned on in the background with no way to change it.
