What I need to do if my Zoi is Uncomfortable

some objects have a uncomfortable option, like the bed, "get a good nights rest".

shower has one but i think thats for another debuff, maybe the bath?

There's the scale of colored dots in the bottom part of the UI that shows all the currently active emotions - and usually the tooltips there list reasons as well. Uncomfortable specifically can have all sort of reasons, including being sick.

Click on the medicine container, and see what's up. Or maybe he/she has an urge to something you are ignoring.

Hehehehe I try it mow and the bad actually did the trick , the bath I didn't see any option there maybe I missed it but you helped me thank you very much! ^^

my zois always get uncomfortable and i cant get rid of it. no matter what i do: bath,sleep , sports,music,etc... even when i sleep two days straight...
