stuttering frames

my game is constantly stuttering really bad, even right after opening it. Does anyone have the same issue?
My hardware definitely isn't the problem so it should run fine. Just a bummer, I keep trying but the laggy/stuttery view is really bad. Also it was fine at first and all of a sudden appeared so I don't know, I'm assuming it's the game itself

Look into your options button on main screen and it gives you the option to downgrade your graphics see if that helps.

Trust me, I did it all, I tried it on every setting possible, turned everything on and off but nothing works ): And again, it's not that my PC can't perform so I don't know where the issue is coming from. thanks though!

Same dude. Run games way heavier in GPU load better. I know the devs need to optimize on their end.

Yeah, the game needs optimization; it can lag even on extremely good PCs.
