FSR is specifically an AMD thing. DLSS is the Nvidia version.

Sometimes FSR is more efficiant than DLSS. For the Moment I found The DLSS on Inzoi not realy good

Technically you can change it, I posted a guide on how to enable FSR Framegen on Nvidia GPU's, it also works with FSR.
Basically just change the value from the GameUserSettings.ini, just make sure you turned off DLSS in the game before doing this, the base value should be 0 so I guess you should change it to 2 or 3 but the game looks really blurry imo.
Edit: You should change the FSRValue line from 0 to:
1=Ultra Perfomance (I think)
2=Performance
3=Balanced
4=Quality

You can google OptiScaler and watch a video about how to set it up. It might be complicated for someone who never modded any game, but definitely worth it. You can use any Upscaler on any card with this tool and it works in every game
