Adults don't pee their pants but kids do

Does anyone else have the issue where adult zois hold their pee in forever even after their bladder is maximally full, yet only child zois wet themselves? Is this a glitch on my end or is everyone experiencing it?

They don't have many bars in the game where adults often pee their pants.

It would be more of a problem if adults start wetting themselves.

I suppose children can't hold it and so wet themselves.

I tested this for the lulz and it seemed like they would just hold it. hope it gets added, that was always a funny moment in the sims. this game is great but it could do with some more silly things I think.
