No Romance Options for Teens?

I made a household with 2 teens and selected roommates. I wanted them to be a couplem but there seems to not be any kind of romance options, I´ve only been able to declare them BFF.

Is romance only available for adults?

EDIT: I am SHOCKED how many disgusting replies are found under this post. My girlfriend and I are both Teens, in a relationship and wanted to recreate us and our relationship in Inzoi.. Teens are also 18-19 Year old people. You guys are making this weird. I have not talkeda bout anything sexual, this is all on you. All I am asking for is a system close to Sims 4, high school crushes, dating, prom date etc.

Teen Romance Features:

In the Sims 4:
✅ Teens can flirt, date, and have crushes – They can use romantic interactions like flirting, hugging, kissing, and even going on dates.
✅ Teen-exclusive interactions – Some interactions, like "Ask to be Boyfriend/Girlfriend," are only available for teens.
✅ Teen Sims can have a First Kiss – This is a special milestone moment!
✅ They can go to Prom (High School Years Expansion Pack) – If you have the High School Years pack, teens can have prom dates, slow dance, and even have “crush” feelings.
✅ Mess Around – Instead of WooHoo, teens can "Mess Around" with each other in certain locations, like beds or tents (if the parental controls allow it).

❌ Teens can’t be romantically involved with Young Adults or older Sims – The game prevents any romance between a teen and an adult Sim.
❌ No Marriage or Engagement – Teens cannot get engaged or married in the base game.
❌ No WooHoo – Unlike adults, teens don’t have the WooHoo option, only "Mess Around" (which is more playful and doesn't result in pregnancy).

As of now its not available beyond that. Post a feedback through discord if you feel otherwise.

I blame localization personally, even English (their primary consumer base) is only 95% completely translated...

Eh I can see why they left it out of the game. Best to leave that stuff alone. Just play as a young adult

I would love to have you factually explain what´s weird about it then please. The Sims has these options, but for Inzoi it´s such a huge deal and drama all of a sudden.

I don't think there would be any harm in letting teens have a "date" option. However, because teens does involve underage people, I can see why they might just avoid any issues by just leaving it out.

SO instead pick Young Adult which is 18 game wise and Play your 2 sims out that way)

as far as younger, it is not programmed yet. Th ere will be additions (high schools- dances- school sports - dating- added later.

There is no teen romance in sims. without modification.

There is going places and meet ups.

Sims 2 has teen romance (teen x teen only - which should be the limit)
The others should have it aswell
Doesnt go further than kissing / kuddling - and that is okay. It should not go further.
Children also play sims etc - and they do want to create their own family and date their real partners - which they can in sims.
Will probably be added later on in Inzoi aswell.
Unles they go the full korean mode (Which is not as bad as chinese) where children/teens are supposed to concentrate on learning only (korean has one of the harshest education system in the world) - and therefore no romance option for teens to not give them bad ideas.

My primary gues is that so far the system cant be limited, so if they added it to teens - it would spread to adults.. so they removed the option altogether
