My zoi does have a cough
i can't see if she is sick? Do i need to resolve a cough?

I was just getting ready to deal with that myself. I know there's a first aid kit you can buy. I was going to start there.

go to build mode

Search decor for first aid kit

put first aid kit out

have zoi use it for cough medicine

it will heal

That's it. I hovered to click and it gave me, "Take Cold Medicine"
