inZOI
InZOI causes my PC to shut off randomly?
So after playing for about 15ish minutes my PC completely cuts off and shuts off and I don't exactly understand what's going on, I don't have issues whatsoever in other games at all, could it possibly be optimization for my specs?

SPECS:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core Processor
Video Card: AMD RX7600
Operating System: Windows 11
RAM: 32 GB

I had the same a few years ago when the video card started working in demanding games, it is possible because of the power supply that has deteriorated over the years. Mine vx after measurements did not give out more than 300 watts although it should have given out 700.

Sounds like a temperature problem. If your CPU or GPU gets to hot the computer performs a "emergency shutdown" to avoid damage. Maybe check yout fans for dust and clean them if needed. If your rig is a bit older you can consider renewing your cooling paste

Hmmmm, I just got this PC in July too... so it isn't even a year old yet... I mean, I can max out graphics in practically everything else and play perfectly fine but it absolutely HATES InZoi lollll

Oh not at all, like I said, I can play some pretty graphically intense games without any issues it just seems to hate InZOI
Your PC might need more juice. Unplug a few things from it and run the game, see if it still shuts off

You cannot compare an early access game to a full release or better optimized game. It might be that other games with better grapthics where running well but if you have a not optimized game this is totally possible. I had this issue with kingdom come deliverance in beta. Never had this issue at full release

Did you check your temperatures while the game was running?

My bets would be on a temperature issue of some kind or the PSU. Have had this happen many years ago. I would recommend downloading temperature monitoring tools such as MSI Afterburner and CPU-Z. Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date.
I did discover something a little funny, I think it has something to do with AMD Adrenalin... I set my settings back to default and a lot of other games are running at higher fps and not crashing anymore... So I'm gonna test InZOI again and I'll come back to ya'll in a bit, thank you for possible answers! and I hope you enjoy the game

I had same issue, what fixed it was rolling back my driver update from 25.3.1 to 24.9.1 hope it works for you too

This does not always work this way, but as they said above, try updating the driver. If not, you should still check the power supply, unfortunately, their degradation can occur very quickly, and defects are also not uncommon even in expensive power supplies.

Turning off? That's a hardware issue then. :o Not enough power supply.

9 out of 10 times it means your computer is getting hot.
