Can you remove the nonbinary option from the game?

You contradict yourself here as you are asking them to remove a feature that is already in the game. As a SWE, I can tell you what you are saying makes no sense. If you were being truthful, you would be talking about future development only.

Its the ability to create a character that may or may not reflect who youre in real life with freedom, to then live a sim life.

If you dont want a game like this then it isnt for you...

The game is all about choice, just as much as you have the choosing of what job your sim may or may not have to what kind of home you wish to live in or build for yourself.

The entire game is about choice.
Noone is forcing anyone to be or to do anything within the game.
Im assuming youre all heterosexual males, so simply make a straight male character in the character creation, and move on. Its not that difficult.
You dont ever have to touch females trans or any other sex or identity. Just choose whom tou want to be and move on.

For example there's not a single hairstyle the majority of players will use so by your logic they shouldn't bother implementing any.
