Can't get to work?

I've tried taking the taxi three times in a row, but each time my Zoi gets in and... nothing happens. And somehow I can't use my own car to get to work either?

They are automatic at ther job if they joined the Taxi.

... They are at their job while they're in the taxi? ... What? So I have to stare at the taxi for like 8 in-game hours? ... Really?

I was just coming here to post this. I sit in a cab all day but it looks like in creator videos the taxi at least pulls off from the house. This is so immersion breaking :(

You can click on different job options top left click on the work icon and get actions.

A few jobs have actual gameplay. You can easily identify those by looking at their logos. If they have a calendar thingy next to them you just pass time in the taxi.

Hopefully this gets expanded soon. I really like the idea of actual gameplay during work hours.

Yeah, otherwise it's going to be really freaking boring, like having to wait for the night to end in a way slower fashion than in the Sims. I mean, I really looked forward to my job as hired muscle!
