It definitely does not. Even if you mod the blur away (yes that's already available), they just get into bed fully clothed and lay there doing nothing.

It will take mods to get sex scenes for sure. How do I know? Well they're going for advertising product placement as a revenue stream, and mainstream advertisers don't want their products placed next to sex scenes.

If your abstinences gets too bad you can always put porn on every single surface, walls, floors, doors, picture frames and roofs. put everyone in in swimwear and make some erotic custom animations and poses. use the AI furniture sculpture creator tool to make some sort of erotic hallucination trip. all this with the base game, no mods and in barely any time at all, but God forbid if two women kiss or talk about romance. and twelve year-olds can get porn, i did and we barely had internet when i was twelve.

so it might as well just be a yes or no question in settings, but maybe it could be a semi hidden nsfw addon or dlc. this is probably the first game ever that doesn't actually need to be modded, because of all the capabilities in the game and it would be really nice not to do so.

Also I think the way it is done here actually breaks the immersion in a bad way and takes away a lot of the reward for fostering relationships, drama for cheating and hi-jinx and intimacy and depth. If you don't get to see your characters experience the height of their relationships, why bother at all? At least in the sims you got to see some feet sticking out from the sheets at weird angles. they might as well take away the interaction all together and just have you mail order kids.

What are you even talking about? This is the most uncensored gen of games ever, or have the millions of hentai games on steam and the popularity of BG3 or Cyberpunk 2077 not clued you into that?
