there are definitely issues but my GTX 1650 and AMD 5 3500 with 40 gbs of ram runs at 60 fps with no stuttering / lag or issues

4060 is a low mid range GPU. Of course you cant run on ultra.

My RTX 4070 SUPER can easily run this game on ultra way above 60 fps. Maybe try updating your drivers or something.

There's a slight chance that the CPU is too weak to handle the game on Ultra, but I can't speak because I've never tried that CPU albeit I tried quite many.

There's a slight chance that the CPU is too weak to handle the game on Ultra, but I can't speak because I've never tried that CPU albeit I tried quite many.

could be.. or could be that they fix it with them updates going on.., since i can get to over 100fps on med settings, on ultra i can get to 80 but in some regions it gets to 20, could be a game issue or a cpu issue. :D

Hmm, the fact that some sections get down to 20, maybe it's a cpu overhead. I can't say for sure, but if they improve threading, the problem could maybe go away.

A 3080 is recommended for max settings. An rtx3080 is 58% faster than a 4060 so that`s why.

Just choose DLAA in the setting if you want slightly better graphic, no need to run ultra and it is playable in high quality, rtx 4060 is actually good enough, unless you want the game in 4k, then you need to use at least rtx4080 for 4k with full ultra.

DLAA isnt an option in game.. atleast i dont see that

Your hardware is not the latest one on the market so why should you be able to run it on ultra ? Ultra means Ultra

I have slightly better hardware than you(rtx4070/ ryzen 7800x3d) and i run it on high because i dont have the latest hardware available and i can understand that...

Your cpu is just a step above minimum specs. Either upgrade or drop you settings.
