If I usee the City Editor to edit part time jobs schedules, can I be in uni and part-time job at the same time?

And if so, can I create my own part time jobs? Any tips on it? I feel that the lack of things to do in this very early stage of the game (including the bug on everyone being straight) is making me "overgrind". While money is far from a problem when playing solo household in an apartment, editing the city so I can have a part-time job concurrent with the university would be neat.

Editing the City and the scendules of jobs is a feature, and probably fixing the "everyone is straight" problem manually is possible too if I explore the options (probably would start a new save on and edited city). I just need the tips to do it (or some cool already edited cities to get) until updates and mods rolls out.
