You can play video games on the PC. It's one of the options

not sure where you are finding that, I am unable to find any option to play video games on my pc, maybe it depends on the pc being used, mine was a cheep one that came with a starter home, but if that's the case that should really be changed

You have to make sure the chair is clicked into the desk in build mode. I had to do that.

Had same problem. For some weird reason your zoi have to leave their property and click on computer while your Zoi is outside then you'll have option to play video games. Though still was unable to play arcade games.
