The game may not run due to the device's limited graphics card performance
Hello! I updated the drivers on the graphics card, also checked the windows 10 updates and everything is OK there, I recently updated the BIOS. I don't understand what the problem is.

PC Setting:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Video Card: Palit GeForce RTX 3080 GamingPro 12 gb
RAM: Patriot Viper Steel 32 Gb

My husband's game starts (he has a slightly more powerful computer). We compared the settings, everything seems to match, I don't understand what the problem is.

Abit of research for you.
some people did rectify the issue by updating windows to 19045.5608, but you already have. :/
this is not true, cause we launched on another pc with the same winsows version as mine

try restarting your pc, and steam. sometimes steam has a thing where any updated drivers dont get acknowledged, until a restart.
done several times

I'm getting the same error message and the game refuses to start (3060TI, so it's not a performance issue). I've traced a bit into it, and it seems Inzoi needs DirectX12 Agility SDK (some proprietary Microsoft clone of PhysX) which is not available on Win10 before 19H2 release. This means Inzoi can not be played on any of the WIndows 10 LTSC versions (as I have) because those don't get Agility.
Guess I'll have to wait until I get Windows 12 in 2028 before I get to play this game. Unless the devs put a bit of effort into making Agility SDK an optional requirement..

thank you, seems it's my problem
a missing c++ redistributuble / .net framework perhaps..

with a bit of digging you could figure out what DLL's were added between each OS version, and perhaps find out if you have any missing files.

On a rare occasion, i have needed to find a stupid DLL file that some how, wasnt included within a windows update, and had to find it manually, and install it myself.
Its very likely this is one of those situations.

You could do a check on your OS to see if you have any missing files.

Agility SDK has nothing to do with physX, like at all.

And if you insist on using the wrong Windows branch for the wrong purpose, Agility SDK support was added in LTSC 2021.
invest into a system for 2030 and not 2020

GPU and its driver seems OK, so shouldn't be a problem there.

Still need that Windows info:
In Windows > Start Menu > Settings > System > About > Windows specifications

Hit "Copy", and paste it here as well:
Edition Version OS build

LTSC 2021 is a minimum requirement or v1909 base Win10 with revision .1350.
is this a very common issue?
dont think many are.

honestly....
the game doesnt seem all that, anyway.

house building isnt as good as sims, and doesnt have anything above it either, like curving walls, and over leaning walls. the game is basically a sims clone, and i remember having foundation issues in the sims, which this game ironically follows the same issue hehe.

By the looks of it the character creation has a very limited palette of clothes.

the vehicle driving is jank as f, and the careers seem very repetitive at best.

im holding off until the game gets a few major updates.

Updated win10 to win11 and the game has started. Hope this solution will help someone else. Thank you so much!
