The game may not run due to the device's limited graphics card performance
Hello! I updated the drivers on the graphics card, also checked the windows 10 updates and everything is OK there, I recently updated the BIOS. I don't understand what the problem is.

PC Setting:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Video Card: Palit GeForce RTX 3080 GamingPro 12 gb
RAM: Patriot Viper Steel 32 Gb

My husband's game starts (he has a slightly more powerful computer). We compared the settings, everything seems to match, I don't understand what the problem is.

Спасибо за ответ! К сожалению, это видео не помогло(
Я уже пару часов голову ломаю с запуском
i dont understand what youre asking.
the game warns you, it may not run on your hardware, or it doesnt?

If it just warns you, just ignore it, play the game, and if you begin to see lag spikes or lesser framerates, then simply go into your graphics settings, and lower them, in relation to what you might think is causing the problem.

a 3080 is just as powerful as a 4070, and should run just fine.
3700x might be the bottleneck within your specs, given its a mid range cpu which is now 3 generations behind, but i dont imagine this game being that intensive.
32gb of ram, is ok too. mediocre but fine, provided you dont have other things running behind the scenes, like a web browser and such open.

reading between the lines, im assuming the game doesnt actually run.
have you tried, verifying the game files on steam?

I do not own the game, so i cannot read much more into this, sorry :(

Also I checked files of the game, and cleared cash etc.

watching that video, there is so much fluff in there.
i do have some advice.

Also you should NEVER update your bios....
And if you do, please make sure you know what youre doing.
the only time you should update your bios, is if youre having other issues regarding bluescreens, voltage issues and other related problems in regards too your Rig.

some motherboards do have a history of bad factory settings in the bios, and do recommend updating bios straight away once you build your pc, but otherwise, you should never need to touch it ever again.
The bios also has nothign to do with gaming.
If your pc runs fine with other games, and runs fine as it is, and doesnt just crash to bluescreen or dies completely, then dont touch it.
if it does, then you might have voltage issues, within your bios regarding overclocking, and voltages of cpu and gpu, and maybe even setting your ram timmings incorrectly.
this is just related to whether your hardware is providing enough or too much voltage, at which case, could be damaging your hardware.

You should never need to update your Windows OS for a game either...
there might be missing .net frameworks drivers, but usually, a game installs with this stuff.

the only advice that video does recommend, which is often always the solution, is to simply verify your game files via Steam in your game properties.
I have a laptop with a similar generation to cpu to you, with mine being an i7-10750h we are only 6 months apart and according to user processor data yours is apparently faster. I also only have a 2060 RTX card so your card is again superior to mine. As mine runs without issue for the most part once DLSS is enabled on performance, can I ask if you have checked in whatever AMD use as a control panel to ensure that you are actually using the graphics card and not an integrated card built in to your motherboard, as system specs would otherwise suggest no issues.
Have you updated your graphics card drivers btw?
https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/drivers/details/242448/

thats the latest GPU drivers, qand by the looks of it, was released for Inzoi and halflife 2 rtx.

Yea, I did it 2 hours ago
try restarting your pc, and steam. sometimes steam has a thing where any updated drivers dont get acknowledged, until a restart.

Abit of research for you.
some people did rectify the issue by updating windows to 19045.5608, but you already have. :/
the only other option is to go looking inside the games config file, and see if you can change anything there.

Are you sure the game is using your discrete graphics card and not integrated graphics?
