Cannot Access Canvas

I want to pick an avatar from Canvas but it said that I didn't verify my age so I can't access it. When I click for verification, there's only 3 ways for me to do it, and ONLY KOREAN PHONE NUMBER CAN BE USED TO VERIFY MY AGE. I'm not Korean and my phone number is not started with 010. PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!!!

Same issue, can't unlink or access the account... this is disappointing.. My steam account is not Korean, why it asks me a korean verification ?!
