inZOI
Requirements are too demanding
My kids and I were looking forward to the release of Inzoi - only to realize that the game requirements are through the roof - even higher than games like StarCitizen.

Due to this fact of your relatively insane requirements, i am sure that not only will you loose the 3 purchases from my family - but a lot of purchases from millions of other potential customers.

It's just really sad that you didnt think this through - code and GFZ optimization would have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ you a long way. :-(

I hope there will be an update/mod/patch to lower the system requirements, at least a bit. Shouldn't be their priority atm.

surprisingly enough its not demanding at all my GTX 1650 and amd 5 3500 with 40 gbs of ram ran the game at a constant 60 fps no lags no stutters or issues! and now i got an RTX 4060 upgrade im running at max with smart zoi
I mean I bought both my kids systems 5090s prior to the games release. While I stayed with my 4070ti. And the game even runs on my 4050 laptop. The game isn't that demanding if I can run it on ultra on my 4050laptop gpu with 1080p resolution and get stable 60fps unless on at the zois work for some reason.

I have played the game on my potatoe by todays standards. 8700k / 3080 / 32GB Ram. It played just fine.

That's not a potato. That's still an above average gaming PC. Until very recently, the most common GPU among Steam users was the GTX 1650, which is less than a third as powerful as your card even without taking the 3080's far more advanced features into account.

This forum is filled with people trying to play the game on 1.1 GHz dual-core low-end laptops from eight years ago and wondering why it's not launching, because they have never purchased a game that has any hardware requirements beyond "is an x86 computer with a basic iGPU". That's not a made-up example, by the way.

You're right
I have seen many who do not understand the minimum requirement.
or the recommended to function properly.
a guiding principle: Anything older than 5 years is almost certain to be impossible to work, if you don't know what you're doing. given the latest tech and AI being used here.
that only the best graphics cards are capable of.
but if it doesn't work it's always the technology's fault. or the developers.
how often I have had to deal with customers because of this.
My family isn't any better. lol
If it's too demanding then go play Sims 4. Maybe that's what separates InZoi from Sims is cheap & cartoony to demanding & realistic.
Another troll farming clown rewards I see
These requirements are not that high for 2025
People coming from Sims4 that came out in 2015 and expect to play 2025 game on the same PC from 2015. Pathetic

Just be aware that a Laptop GPU is much weaker then the same Desktop GPU

oh ok.

well to be specific, my laptop has these systems specifications: "Intel Core i5-12450H Prozessor, 16 GB DDR4-3200, 512 GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX"
If somebody wants to give me feedback if I could dare to try (I would appreciate, if some person feel comfortable to take a look)

Requirements are not unreasonably high. The Sims 4 is more than a decade old by now and was intended to run on basic hardware even when new. This game goes for a more realistic look, which inherently necessitates higher hardware requirements.

Here's a cheap build recommendation that should be able to run this game without any issues. Not maxed out, of course, but it won't be ugly either:

Ryzen 5 5600: About 100 €/$ - a really solid entry level CPU
Basic AM4 motherboard: 50 bucks - doesn't really matter which one, although I'd recommend one with four RAM slots for easier future upgrades
16 GB RAM: 30 bucks - 2x 8GB so that you can add 16 GB more in the future, when needed
RTX 2080: 200 bucks used - an absolute steal for the money, a powerful GPU that supports the latest features and runs all current games
Basic brand name M.2 SSD: 50 bucks
Brand name power supply (at least 700W): 70 bucks - don't skimp on this part
Cheap case: 30 bucks - feel free to skimp on this part and if you have a used case that is large enough, just use that.

Total: 530 or thereabouts with just one used part. Prices should be in this range in much of Europe and the US.

This PC is more powerful than an Xbox Series X or base PS5, but it costs about the same. I know that this might still be steep depending on where you are living and what your family income is like, but it should be affordable unless you are really struggling, for which I don't blame you if that's the case, of course.

I hope this helps.
I'm a broke boy on points so instead of rewarding this genuinely good advice with points im just gonna bump the thread and quote you with an unnecessarily long explanation of what i'm attempting to accomplish here.
