Yes, you have to create the "~mods" folder
I just used the Vortex mod installer app from Nexus and it worked fine.
Now the nipples are free, as they were destined to be.
Don't use user/appdata/local/blueclient folder, but program files/steam/steamapps/commun/inzoi/blueclient... etc.
Needs Mod Enabler, dropped on BlueClient\Binaries\Win64.
UE4SS Packaged, is for Aging and time speed mod.
I do the same, Vortex makes it so much easier to download, install,
update or un-install mods.
I havent tried it but is a dark mode mod I saw, also skip intro but those overwrite files which I wont do yet. I only stick with mods that go in a folder so I can remove when game gets update if bugged out.
