inZOI
How do I add my character from the old demo?
So last year there was a demo that allowed us to make and save characters. Where were those stored and how do I add my presets to early access game? :steamhappy:

[EDIT: SOLVED]

Luckily I have decent understanding of these things and figured it out.

So you CAN import characters you made in the character creator demo from last year.
For anyone who wants to know, this is what I figured out (and it works).

First of all you want to find your old inZOI presets from the character creator demo. The directory should be as follows.

C:\Users\"your PC username"\AppData\Local\inZOI_Character_Studio\Saved\Gallery\MyAppearances

In there you'll find a bunch of folders with random letters and numbers. In these folders are your presets from last year's character creator. You can choose to copy the ones you want, or copy all of them, then paste them to the live game folder which is typically located in the following directory.

C:\Users\"Your PC username"\Documents\inZOI\Creations\MyAppearances

When you head into the character creator in game, your presets should have loaded up.

Enjoy! :steamhappy:

Okay so either you don't know or you lied. I'll choose to go with the former.

This 100% works. However, I had to create a new folder "Creations" in the "inZOI" folder, then create "MyApperances" inside of the "Creations" folder. I'm guessing because I didn't launch the game yet. But once I created both folders and dropped the demo preset folders in, launched the game and clicked "Character Studio" they all were there. Thanks.
