Cannot access to twitch drop page

I've already linked my Steam account and Twitch account to Krafton.

I have watched enough hours and those drops have showed in my Twitch Inventory. However, it was showing "Connect" under my drop despite I've already linked my Twitch account to Krafton.

I did some research people are saying to go to https://playinzoi.com/en/events/drops but I am unable to. It simply redirects me over to https://playinzoi.com/en/events/inzoistory and I cannot find anything to claim my drop.

Please help!

I already have the $39.99 game in my game library and Krafton has my game registered as well. I am not talking about the demo drop, it's the 3 new cosmetic items I am talking about.

I'm having this issue too and it's driving me crazy, the website isn't found but it somehow worked for other people..

I'm experiencing the same issue. I've claimed three clothing accessories through Twitch Drops, but Twitch still prompts me to link my account, even though it's already linked. I've even tried unlinking and relinking my Twitch account from my Krafton account, but it doesn't seem to work. The three clothing accessories are still not showing up in my game.
