inZOI
Current state of the game
I'm amazed by the amount of details they pulled. I was waiting for the release since the first day it was introduced. But from what I'm seeing in YouTube, the game and its path sounds pretty linear. I'm fully aware of the fact that we're still at the beginning and inZOI is still on early access, but at its current state, do you see yourself bored and run out of things to do besides furnishing or creating a character? Or it keeps you entertained.

I'm planning to buy the game sooner or later but I want to understand at least at its current state, how much entertainment does it offer?

Yea I have been asking what actual gameplay is in the game, and have not got an answer yet, It looks interesting but what can we do? is there progression? is there an economy? collections? is it all coming soon? I really cant find anything.

I would expect that as Sims 4 had boring game play when it first came out, I could only play for 30 mins at a time.
complicated....is too subjective, like for me, i spend 4h+ just on the building of my first house....for me is extremely entertaining...but this is for me

like you know is early access so expect bugs, even if in my case i had 0 problems until now with 10h+ that don't means that for you will be smooth too

what i recommend for you: buy, set a timer for 1h30m, and play, enjoy? keep it! not that good? refund and wait 1~2 years and come back....because is not a cheap game

I like repetitive gameplay. My favorite games are stat builders. I really enjoy the game as it is now, but that's just me.

Create and customize Zoi body, outfits and personality.

Create a household, if desired, set relationships.

Enter map, choose living space. Some pre-built houses, some empty lots to design from the ground up.

Interact with family or non-family.

Get a job or do some other money making activities.

Drive around (it is definitely not NFS, but it's better than just magical warping, if you prefer a more interactive travel system).

Edit city parameters and looks.

Go shopping. Didn't see any outfits unique to the shops. Stuff I bought was already in the character creator.

I believe that covers most of it for now.

Why does everyone always talk about the sims 4? Inzoi is early access so it's fine to be a bit barebones but the sims 4 was just a ♥♥♥♥ game anyway. I had a ton of fun in the base game of Sims 2 and 3. It's not like these games can't be fun with just the base game.

Yea, every time I ask a question about the game it gets buried by 2 pages of Left versus right and all the hot political garbage people have been brainwashed with, sadly, its getting tiring.

.. That fact you think a game that cost 35 quid and has very little in it is okay that's why this game company's do this, game has been out over a day not a single bug patch but im sure you think that's okay as well early access don't give them excuse to not fix bugs lol

There is a "foundation" of buying and selling on a "Supposed Market" but until now, is nothing of advanced. But there are the pieces to create an interesting market of exchange.
Till now is more creation and ... kinda the basic things you do in The Sims 4 Vanilla. Kinda.
There is progression, that for sure. But sometime is just too easy... There is no challenge or grind... you can become lover with modest time.
