You're actually referring to what is known as sex, more specifically biological sex, fun fact too, if we believe the Trump Administration, then sex is decided at conception (it is not). If we are going off of what the Trump administration thinks is true, then the only option in this game for sex should be female.
Gender is a social construct, which by definition means that gender is not a concrete concept with objective rules or truths. It is just something that a large group of people decide is right collectively. Just because you and your cohort may decide there are two genders does not mean that everyone thinks that is true. While I don't respect your opinion on the matter of gender, I do respect your ability to have a differing opinion from me.
A man wearing dresses still is a man and a woman loving cars and make her hands dirty stays a woman. Thats why the rules are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but here comes the funny part. People which argue like you always are riding the roles as the definition for what a woman and what a man (aka Gender) is. So you need those rules you act like you dispise because without them your whole ideology falls apart.

It's more classic Conservatism (with all of its many issues, like rampant sexism and inequality) than the far more twisted alt-right hate that an increasing number of Conservatives elsewhere are now spreading.
