Options for a Non-Binary Male Character?

I appreciate the addition of a non-binary character option, but I would like my character to be a non-binary male. Is this something that I can do in the base game or will it need to be modded? Thanks!

If you are non-binary and male, then you can choose either non-binary or male. Feel free to change your mind at any time as well.

Non-binary isn't a sexuality. It's a gender identity.

I'd like to be able to select both check boxes at the beginning of the game for immersion purposes though. Any way to work around this that doesn't involve "pretending"?

it applies either way as an edit I believe. Your appearance can vary as well.
