Many differences. There is some overlap, but Sims focuses on many things not in InZIO and vice versa. You'll need to decide which features interest you the most.

You are right. We only need 1 of each type of game.

If you don't think it looks like a good alternative to the sims then it probably isn't for you. A lot of us are just happy to finally have some competitive content in this genre. Honestly for EA the bones of this game are strong and I think it's going to go places.

Sims costs like 700$ on a discount and this has quite a few different things and a completely different aesthetic.
Open world, Cars, more live careers then the Sims offered at launch, a world editing system closer to City skylines then the Sims. You are allowed to prefer the Sims if you don't want any of these things. I will likely play both.

Up until very recently you weren't able to easily/legally play any of the good Sims games.

So we're gonna call every life sim a ''The Sims'' ripp-off similar to how we called every shooter a ''Doom'' clone?
Two games play and feel very differently.
It was inspired by the sims, and so of course it's gonna be kind of similar, kind of like how call of duty and a lot of other games are similar to it, or even Esport MOBA games.

Same with company of heroes/call to arms/men of war, it's not bad, and fits slightly different niches.

Competition is good in the gaming industry too, it will hopefully push the creators of the sims to go further. And inzoi will try to outdo sims. Inzoi uses A.I and the potential for the games replay value is high.

Sounds better.

It's not really a sims rip off, because sims IS the rip off. They took features that were prebuilt in old games, and broke them out to sell them as DLC. I saw good reviews from a modder on a 7d2d discord so i came here to take a look. It's pretty, so i will pick it up after i upgrade my gpu.

You're serious? You act like EA owns the entire genre and god forbid anyone dare challenge them lol. What a stupid comment

The price, for a start. here, you get value for your money. and the game's not even properly launched, yet. take that, EA.
It's no more a ripoff of The Sims than Half-Life is a ripoff of Quake 2.
