You need to take steps, don't rush it

Start with sharing romance build it up then you can do more action like start a family. Still need to flirt even if married.

Also no gay gay cheating. in sims I used to create a w+m family but the dude was DL gay and was cheating on her with other male townies then dumping her and taking the house and kids, in inzoi all townies are exclusively str8 from what I've heard :((

There's a stat for how many zois cheated in the city, so it's obviously a thing. You can get the romance conversations by pressing MORE.

actually no. vanilla sims 4 when it first came out in 2014 also did not have the ability to detect cheating.

you can woohoo/making babies with someone wife right in-front of them in the same room, on their own double bed and they would not react nor do anything.

it took EA years to improve the cheating system.

all these years with the improvement and the sims 4 AI is still stupid.
if you maxed out the relationship with married NPCs they'll flirt with you and even kiss you right in-front of their spouse.

Yes they can detect cheating in this game. You have to progress with the romance options with the person you're cheating with first. When you cheat your spouse will text your phone asking you questions and your relationship with him or her will go down

yes there are cheats. even integrated into the UI, so you don't even have to enter anything into the console.

Currently there is only one cheat, and that is money,

Edit: go to the cat tips, and bottom left you will find the cheat
