Issues uploading to Canvas

So for some reason I can't upload my first zoi to my canvas account. I registered and linked the accounts and everything, liked a couple zois on the website and it shows up in-game but nothing seems to work. Wondering if anyone else has this issue or possibly knows a fix

Same, even local saves dont work. I thought maybe it is a forced cloud save issue again, but since canvas doesnt work idk anymore. Tried to submit a ticket but that hangs as well, nothing seems to work really.

This doesn't work for me either.. It's actually bothering the hell out of me. With my adhd and ocd I want this done and upload it so I can start doing something else but I'm just stuck trying to upload my Zoi over and over again without success.

Do you get any error when you are uploading to canvas? I know there were issues with the amount of people uploading characters the day of the release. I also got one of those errors, but i forgot exactly what it said.
Try downloading someone else Zoi from canvas, if it doesnt work see if it gives you an error code.

Try downloading someone else Zoi from canvas, if it doesnt work see if it gives you an error code.

They seem to have the same issue as me. There's no indication of it being uploaded. Downloading someone elses Zoi however, gives the notification of it being downloaded and getting downloaded successfully.. So download works fine but upload doesn't work at all. This is extremely frustrating

Yes, I have the same problem, worked on my Zoi for a long time and then wanted to upload it to Canvas. The page to enter title, photos, hashtags and so on opens. Then you fill everything up and press UPLOAD, the window closes and nothing happens. No message and neither Zoi, nor face or outfit can be found under my creations.

So I think I figured out what the issue is (even though it shouldn't even be an issue) It seems to happen to only the first Zoi you create. If you create it, play and edit it and try to upload from there, it doesn't work either.. Worst part is, if you don't save your Zoi in preset, then you'll have to try and recreate that Zoi from scratch.. Which is something I ended up doing.. All my other Zois upload fine and I started saving all of them in presets, just in case..

Came to look for the same error. So it looks like the problem is on their side?

E04 is the error code for a garment/accessory that is “faulty”. I had the same problem and then tried to upload a zoi that I only changed minimally and that worked. So I gradually tested which garment was causing this error by “taking it off”. For me it was the top, then you have to “take it off” and create a NEW one (not just put it on again). Then the upload should work
It is usually a garment that you CREATE and not one where you just change the color or texture.

I have figured a possible reason for the Error Code.
Per the FAQ, it might be a security measure: To keep Canvas secure, you may be temporarily restricted from uploading content if excessive upload attempts are made within a short period.
These restrictions will be automatically lifted after 24 hours, and you will be able to resume uploading content to Canvas as usual.
I will check back in 25 hours to see if this is true. If so, then I looks like most Newbie accounts might be limited to 9 uploads per 24-hour day, or once every 1-2 hours. I will also test the idea further and post an update on my findings.

The same thing happened to me today. Updated my Zoi outfits and wanted to upload it to Canva. It kicks me out of the game.

The same thing happened to me today. Updated my Zoi outfits and wanted to upload it to Canva. It kicks me out of the game.

I think its related to custom content that you download or upload yourself its creating some problems.
It wont work for me too sometimes.

I've never had an issue with the textures ive been using or any other content until the late update. Its weird cause i can upload furniture just fine and was able to fix the error but now its doing it again.
