HELP - Doorbell and cities

Hi everyone.
I found a small bug on my end. I go to my neighbor's house and when I ring the bell, no one opens the door or anything. Do you have the same problem?

Also, when you live in a city, can't you go to a nearby town?

Doorbell: Yes, same here. I logged a support ticket. I think it might be a bug. A walkaround for accessing other homes in city. Go to map, play the home you want to go to, click on the front door and select Unlock. This unlocks the door, and you can enter. Regarding the visit another town. You cannot do that.

Were they at home? Neighbors come to my house too, but their timing is terrible, so i ignore them often.

I've never even had the option to ring a doorbell.

My neighbours ALWAYS show up just as my character has to go to work.
