The only problem I see is that tons of people upload copyright protected material on Canvas (textures) and there is no way to report it right now. I tried myself and the copyright report feature is currently bugged/broken.
But the AI the game uses was built on the works of non-consenting artists. On top of this, that's not the only issue. It's very clear that all of their promotional images are AI generated as well.
Oh, the horror! The digital revolution has unleashed a plague of so-called "artists" who dare to create without smearing charcoal on their hands or starving in a garret. Here’s how these tech-wielding hooligans are destroying the sanctity of real art:
"They CHEAT with UNDO buttons!"
Traditional artists spent years mastering the art of hiding mistakes under layers of paint. But digital upstarts? One click and poof—their shame vanishes. Where’s the suffering? Where’s the rage-quitting?
"They STEAL colors from RGB sliders!"
Real artists bled for their pigments (or at least paid $50 for a tube of cadmium red). These frauds just type in a hex code and call it a day. Zero mules were harmed in the making of their palette.
"They don’t even smell like turpentine!"
How can you trust an artist whose studio doesn’t reek of solvents and existential dread? Their "workspace" is just a laptop in a coffee shop. Disgraceful.
"They multiply art like gremlins!"
Traditional artists painstakingly create one original. Digital devils? They hit "Save As" and flood the world with infinite copies. The horror of democratized access!
"They outsource skill to machines!"
"Oh, just use a stabilizer for clean lines," they say. Back in my day, shaky hands built character (and abstract expressionism).
"They collaborate with algorithms!"
Real artists commune with tortured muses. Digital traitors? They ask Ctrl+Z for advice.
AI was used to make this post, as most certainly the original post was.
I'm not a game artist, they haven't commissioned me for art, and I don't want to do business with people who resort to such lazy and destructive solutions in the first place.
