I get the impression that lots of catty Simmers are wandering this discussion board trying to put the game down because Sims 4 is dying. Or you're just farming clown awards.
When adjusted for inflation, $40 eleven years ago would be worth at least double the amount today.
It's not better at all judging by the reviews on Youtube, nice try tho,
Believe it or not i'm actually neutral and very objective.
I have not authorised you to speak for me.
I think the price for early access (there's a clue there for you, you muppet) game of this quality is pretty good.
There are other games out using the same engine (go look for them at a higher price and some of them aren't exactly bug free or player friendly.
Just for comparison, EA have released yet another version of F1. Standard @ £50 and Deluxe @ £65. Basically the same game published last year and year before etc @ £50 with a few name changes. Now THAT, IMO, is a rip off.
In the end, the choice is yours. No-one is twisting your arm to buy it. You could wait for it to appear in a sale but by that time it will be at full price and the sale price could well be more than it is now.
