Pregnat Inzoi Stuck being Pregnant lol

I tried to help my sim get her partner to conceive, and to my surprise, she did end up pregnant! However, things have taken a weird turn—her belly hasn't grown at all, and it's been several days now. I'm starting to wonder if this is just how the game works or if she's stuck in a glitch. Will she really be pregnant for a full nine months, or is this some sort of bug? It's definitely keeping me on my toes! I think a lot of women will be upset if they really was stuck in there pregnancy for ever. Why have a child lol

Mine ended up giving birth with no bump at all. It def took longer than 3 days

Update: My Inzoi has given birth, but it’s concerning that most players report a lack of pregnancy growth in the game. Hopefully this issue can be addressed, and I hope the developers resolve it soon. Something tells me its not a huge concern right now, tho.
